Privacy notice: mailing list
If you join our mailing list we keep your name, your email and your language, and use them only to send you a weekly email with what we published. You can leave at any time with one click.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Sebastián Rodríguez Pérez (self-employed), tax ID (NIF) 30990798T, Av. Lagartijo 20, 14005 Córdoba, Spain. You can reach us at sebastian@radicalcentre.eu for anything related to your data.
What we collect and why
When you sign up we ask for your name and your email, and we note the language of the page you signed up from. We use them for one thing: to send you, once a week and in your language, the articles and content we published that week.
Signing up works in two steps. Until you press the button in the confirmation email, we store nothing. Once you confirm, we keep your name, email, language and the date you joined.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form and confirming by email. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who processes the data for us
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., San Francisco, USA) stores the mailing list and sends the emails on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. Resend processes data mainly in the United States; that transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and by Resend's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Vercel hosts this website.
We don't sell or share your data with anyone else, and we don't use it for profiling or advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. When you do, we stop emailing you straight away.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, ask for a copy, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the contact address above. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
